This is another painting I did from my reference photos of the English countryside.  Most of the sheep I saw on this particular day were shaggy looking, waiting to be sheared, I guess.  When I spotted this little guy, I thought he was the cutest thing... definitely not the black sheep!

My weekend has been a little frustrating, dealing with water damage from a leaky appliance.  I've spent a lot of time cleaning up.  It's not all that bad because now I'll have a brand new washer and dryer!

    Oh, and nice sheep. He looks rather warm in that wool coat.

  2. I love this little guy! And it is so fun to see a bit from your trip to England, Linda. Very pretty!

    A leaky appliance quickly puts life in perspective, doesn't it? I've been there, and it isn't much fun! Glad to hear that the worst is over and that you will be back in the laundry business soon!
